70'S STYLE AT TORRI DEL BENACO

Domenica sono stata a fare una passeggiata nel pomeriggio nel paese in cui ho vissuto fino ai 21 anni, e a cui sono molto legata. Mi rendo conto che più ci si allontana da un posto, da una realtà che ci sta stretta, più si prova piacere nel ritornare e sentirla comunque ancora propria. 

Mi è bastato guardare attraverso la macchina fotografica, per rendermi conto che quello che ho visto e rivisto mille volte in realtà non è né banale né scontato. Mi ha stupito quella luce così calda e forte, benché l'inverno sia alle porte e sono rimasta colpita dal senso di appartenenza che ho provato guardando con occhi nuovi i luoghi di sempre. Il problema forse è che siamo talmente impegnati a vivere una corsa continua contro il tempo e gli ostacoli quotidiani, che non ci fermiamo ad osservare quello che ci sta attorno.

On sunday I had a walk in the afternoon in the place that I had been living until my 21, and I'm still loving. I went away for many reasons, but each time I return I feel still part of it. 
I simply looked through the camera, to realize that what I saw and reviewed a thousand times is really neither trivial nor obvious. I was surprised by that light so warm and strong, although the winter is coming and I was struck by a sense of belonging looking with new eyes the places of my life. The problem is that perhaps we are too much involved in living a continuous race against time and the everyday obstacles that we do not stop to observe nearest things around us.

Per il mio outfit non mi sono ispirata a qualcosa in particolare, come sempre del resto. Ho solo lasciato che la giornata influenzasse il mio abbigliamento. E quasi quasi riguadando le foto mi rendo conto che mi sono vestita con gli stessi colori del paesaggio. Fortuita coincidenza! Il risultato è un po' anni 70!

For my outfit I was not inspired by anything in particular, as usual. I just let the day influenced my clothing. And looking to the pics  I realize I'm wearing the same colors of the landscape. Faith power! The result is a bit '70's!

BYE BYE EGYPT

Sono rientrata ieri dalla mia vacanza in Egitto, e oggi ho ripreso a lavorare. Ma la mia testa è rimasta là, sulla sabbia bollente ma ancor di più reef. Ho provato una sensazione magica in mezzo ad un banco di pesci celesti, immersa in un ambiente che non appartiene al genere umano, che rimane misterioso e affascinante. Sotto l'acqua siamo indifesi, nudi, e soprattutto soli.

Non ho fatto fotografie subacque, credo che sia una esperienza da vivere.

I came back yesterday from my Egiptyan trip, and started to work again today. But my head is still on the hot white sand, or better, down in the water. I felt enchanted swimming with a shoal of blue fishes, in a enviroment that can't be controled by humans, misterious and facinating.

Voglio condividere con voi le foto che amo di più di questa vacanza, perchè purtroppo dopo la rivoluzione di primavera i turisti a causa della disinformazione hanno evitato l'Egitto, mentre io l'ho trovato tranquillo e accogliente come sempre. Se state organizzando una vacanza andateci: il mare meraviglioso, il deserto e i siti archeologici meritano una visita

I share with you my favourite pictures, because I hope that people stop thinink that is a dangerous place. I find this Nation so quite and welcoming, as in the past. I had been there three times and I think that is great place for sea, desert and archaeological sites, and I hope to go back in the future.

WALKING THROUGH THE COUNTRYSIDE

In questi primi giorni di vacanza sono stata a Mantova ospite dal mio ragazzo, che abita nelle campagne alla periferia della città. Visto il bel tempo ne ho approffittato per fare quattro passi e qualche fotografia dello spettacolo che offrono queste zone. Sull'argine del Mincio si respirava una bellissima aria fresca e ho sentito una grande tranquillità.

In the last days I went to Mantua, staying at my boyfriend's home, that live in the countryside near Mantua. There were sunny days, so I passed my time walking around, delighted by the soft breeze and taking some pictures. I feel so glad and quiet looking to all the nice things around me.

Quando sono rientrata era ormai scuro e il mio ragazzo mi ha fatto qualche foto, ma in notturna, prima di uscire per andare a mangiare un gelato. Rispetto alla giornata ho solo cambiato le scarpe: da gladiators a zeppe!

When I come back it was dark yet, so my boyfriend take some pictures before to came out for an icecram. I change only my shoes, from flats to platforms.
