Sabato sono andata a cena con Cesco in un ristorante davvero carino vicino a casa, l'Antica Osteria ad Albarè di Costermano, un localino in cui oltre alla pizza si possono degustare anche piatti tipici della tradizione veronese. Abbiamo scelto, visto il periodo, il menu degustazione a tema "radicchio rosso": antipasto con una sfogliatina ripiena al radicchio e formaggio, risotto al radicchio e amarone (un vino tipico delle nostre zone) e tagliata al radicchio. Il tutto bagnato da un buon bicchiere di ripasso di amarone della Valpolicella. Per finire un tortino al cioccolato, con il cuore fondente, accompagnato da un bicchiere di recioto vinificato bianco della cantina.
Ovviamente non ho scattato foto delle sale interne, per rispetto alla privacy degli altri avventori, ma le potete trovare sul loro sito.

We chose a glass of red wine "Amarone della Valpolicella". Finally, a chocolate cake with dark and soft chocolate heart, accompanied by a glass of white sweet wine "recioto".

Per l'occasione ho indossato il vestito che proprio Cesco mi ha regalato per il compleanno, abbinato a un paio di scarpe della mamma, e cappotto e borsa riesumati dal mio armadio. Il cappotto risale ai tempi del liceo, mentre la borsa, è un regalo della laurea triennale. Dovrei usarla davvero più spesso! Come avrete notato dagli ultimi post sto cercando di utilizzare le cose che ho già, invece di continuare a comprarne di nuove. A questo outfit di certo ho abbinato le calze sbagliate e l'insieme non è dei migliori, però i tenevo a mostrarvi il vestito! La prossima volta di sicuro utilizzerò una calza coprente, magari bordeaux o verde. Che ne dite?
I wore the dress that Cesco gave me for my birthday, combined with a mother's shoes, and coat and bag exhumed from my closet. I bought the coat when I was in high school, while the bag is a gift of three-year degree. I really should use then more often! As you can see from the last post I'm trying to use things I already have, instead of continuing to buy new ones.I think that I chose the wrong kind of collant the whole result is not great, but I wanted to show the dress! Next time for sure I will use total coverage collant, perhaps burgundy or green. What do you think?
